What is Lisinopril for:
This medication is an angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor, prescribed for high blood pressure.

How does Lisinopril work:
It works by decreasing certain chemicals that tighten the blood vessels.

How should Lisinopril be used:
Take Lisinopril exactly as directed by your doctor. Do not take more or less than instructed by your doctor. Lisinopril must be taken regularly for it to work well. Do not stop taking it unless instructed by your doctor. Your condition may worsen if the medicine is stopped suddenly. You may take Lisinopril with or without food. Try to take it at the same time each day.

Common side effects of Lisinopril :
Feeling dizzy. Rise slowly over a few minutes when sitting or lying down. Be careful climbing. Headache. Bad taste in your mouth. This most often goes back to normal.
